Text | Mrs. Margaret Black , 88, died today [July 23, 1966] at 2: 40 a.m. today at Oakwood home after an extended illness. Mrs. Black had been a resident of Muscatine sine 1918. She was born Feb. 7, 1878, at Atalissa, the daugher of Edward and Ann Fitzpatrick Moylan. She was married in 1899 to George W. Black at St. Mary's church in Wilton. She wss a member of St. Mathias church, the Altar and Rosary Society, and hd been a member of the Lady Elks until a year ago. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Edward (Elizabeth) Fuller of 126 McKinley, Kewanee, Ill.; a brother, Ralph J. Moylan of Peoria, Ill.; four grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1939, and one daughter, Helen Fuller, in 1963. The body is at the Riley funeral home, where friends may call starting Sunday afternoon. The rosary will be recited Monday at 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held at 9: 30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mathias church. Interment will be at St. Mary's cemetery.
